Beat Up

You'd think we'd look so beat up, like life has been so hard on us.  But there is another way.   We can glow brighter, and become more lovely with each test.

Plenty of Love

Most of us want a man or a woman to give us a love that feels nurturing and supportive. But, when our fellow humans are exhausted or stressed out or disconnected from Source, they simply have nothing to give us. What we are all longing for is the Love from Mother-Father God. But, most people don't know how to channel that kind of love through their bodies to each other. So, who will take care of this need? When you are lying on my healing table, so depleted, having given so much to your children and to the world, I call in goddesses to nurture you. i call in a strong male Angel to support you. i call in Mother-Father God to hold you. Let us stop expecting other humans to love us the way that we need loved. Let us go directly to the Holy Spirit and ask to be filled daily with as much love as you can breathe in. There is plenty.

Hermit Crabs

We are like hermit crabs. We walk around in these homes, called our energy fields. Everything we have collected is sitting in this energy bubble that we are wearing. When we approach each other to talk to each other, what is it that we are inviting each other into? When some of you fill my waiting room with your house, i can feel your walls, your fear, your self-criticism, your sadness, or your discomfort in your own skin. I know that you have come for a healing because it feels horrible to live in your own house. But, after, we have cleared you, or cleaned your house, it's like we open your windows and let in the charged air after a rain! The only thing we really have control over in this life, is our own energy. What does it feel like to be in yours, today?

Self-Love

Name three things you love about yourself today. This brightens your soul light. If you can't name three, find ways to turn that around, today. Without self love, our light dims, making us susceptible to sickness, injury, and negative energy from others. The brighter we are, the more protection we have, because our light deflects the dark.

Playground

The Earth is like a playground for us to run around doing things on. There are obstacles every day. These are puzzles for us to figure out. Think of every problem as a test to see how we will react. The goal is not to have everything go right in a day. The goal is to keep your energy bright all day, no matter what happens to you. So, make your list of ways that you brighten because you're gonna get dulled, beat up, torn up, quite crushed, and deflated. This place is not for the weak of spirit.
