Merry Christmas 2013!

You know how after a day in the house with all of your relatives you may not feel so magical anymore?  Let's just take a minute to put in our headphones to listen to a song we want to listen to.  Now, let's give the "off" feeling to the Universe.  Let it drift up and out of us.  We ask to be filled instead with liquid gold light.  Just let this exchange happen...allowing the old energy to be replaced with the higher bliss.  We welcome the Angels around us.  We ask them to clear us.  We ask to feel buoyant and light.  Ok...everyone reset?  Let's go socialize some more!...until bedtime, when we can repeat the same prayer.  Merry Christmas!

Top of Your Head

Let's all release our holiday shopping stress.  As you scratch the top of your head, imagine that it is covered in tiny circles of light that release exhaustion....because it is!  Energetically, we have all of this little outlets in the top of our head! I clear them for you every time you are in for a healing!

How You Feel

Let's remember, it's not about how much we get done every day...it's about how we feel.  Life will suddenly someday be cut off for all of us and there will be tons still left to do...but, how we feel is coming from our energy which lives on forever.  The goal is to graduate from the Earth plane with flying colors.  We can show up on the other side like an emergency--in turmoil and stress with tattered brown, grey and black energy or we can show up as brilliant and magnificent beings of light, ready for our next assignment.  If we show up a mess, there can be a very long process ahead of repairing our energy fields and learning what we could have done to stay bright.  But, if we win in this game of life, and we show up on the other side, ready, then there is so much fun to be had.  We can choose to jump right into helping everyone we love on Earth.  We can explore all of the gorgeous light planes on the other side.  We can celebrate with those who have already crossed over.  We can speak to and learn directly from our Guides and Angels.  We can float in the freedom and peace of the Universe.  And, we can experience love like we've never felt before.  So, let's slow down, put our cell phones away, turn on some beautiful music or sit in Nature and remember how it feels to just be in peace in this moment--let's become the energy that we dream of being.

Neck Visualization

There are a lot of teachings out there about the throat chakra, but here's what i have seen: One of the most vulnerable places on our bodies is our neck.  Especially, the left side, because that side of our bodies is usually about relationships.  If someone betrays us it can damage the grids in the left side of the neck.  If someone dies suddenly, there can be a big tear in the grids over the left side of the neck.  If we are horrified over a tragedy that happened to us, there can be a hole in the middle of the throat where there should be a bright and spinning chakra.  If it is inappropriate to say what we would like to say to someone, because we have already communicated enough and taken action, this can clog up the throat chakra.  If we have unmet needs, the throat chakra can be very weak, depleted from yearning, longing, and sorrow.
So, today, imagine a scarf of light wrapped around your neck to heal it...Let's let the other chakras all be strong today and baby the throat.  Imagine wrapping a soft fluffy scarf made of light around the throat.  This scarf is small enough that none of it hangs down over the other chakras, but fits neatly around the neck in comforting layers.  Now let's imagine that this scarf of light is any bright color you wish.  Choosing black, grey, brown or dull colors, can add to the pain, so keep it light and bright.  And that's it!  Just  spend a few minutes letting the light from your scarf sink into your neck and heal it.  Imagine that there is plenty of light to in this magical layer, to last you all day until you visualize it again.  Listen to music...breathe....and heal....

Falling

Your Angel can't catch you unless you are falling.
So let go.

Prayer for the Philippines

I ask that all fear is removed...from the government...from the people.   And that a mysterious peace moves through the people in the Philippines so that they may see clearly what to do next.  I ask the Angels to move among them, comforting them....I ask the Angels to heal the physical wounds, miraculously cleaning them in unsanitary conditions...I ask that the mother's who just gave birth, are given enough food and fluids to make milk for their new babies, so that these children can tell the story of how they were born, making a grand entrance onto the planet.  I ask that each person in the Philippines is centered now.  I visualize clean, clean, clean.  I imagine areas of debris raked aside to make clearings.  I imagine the dead bodies cremated in grand ceremonies...the living, releasing their trauma as the smoke rises.  I imagine makeshift showers to cleanse the living, to refresh their souls.  I ask the Angels to lay their hands on the peoples' shoulders to give them strength.
I ask that the world shifts from it's focus on war, fighting, quarreling, ego, and acts of violence to love.  I ask God, who is our Mother and our Father, to shift our planet, so that our focus is on healing each other.  I ask that the countries of the world compete with each other to see who can be the most loving nation, the most prosperous with love and wealth to help and heal with great power and show of strength in natural disasters, such as this in the Philippines.  I imagine now, that the powerful countries of the world, pour their love over the Philippines, in a massive way, showing off our power and our unstoppable strength.  May we use our power for love.  May we learn to act as an army of Angels on Earth.

Philippines Typhoon

I am rejoicing this morning with all of the people in the Philippines who left the planet in the typhoon...feeling joy, joy, joy as they rise...floating together...white spirit bodies..buoyant and light above the hardship below...some are holding hands forming rings of spirits... some are leading...some are following others as they look and move upward, their faces showing their amazement and wonder...
I ask that all darkness stay away from them.  I call on the Archangels and Angels and Spirit Guides of the highest light, to assist them all into safety as the spirits make their way into the highest levels of light.  I ask that no one falls behind in confusion.  I ask that the Archangels draw them Home.  I ask that any spirits who feel confused or panicked, are cleared by the Guides now.  I ask that anything binding them to Earth is released so that they are not trapped between realms.  I ask the Angels to sweep through, cleaning up any fear energy that the spirits are releasing...so that together they may rise, with each other...linking together...feeling the lightness and the relief.  I ask that they are welcomed into the Love of the higher plains.  I ask that each and every one of them is gathered up.  I ask that the Angels round up every child who is still looking for it's mother, every young man who is still trying to help on Earth.  Please release them from the magnetism of the Earth's field.  I ask that the gateways are opened wide between each layer to the Light so that the way is obvious and clear.  May the Guides release all resistance in each spirit, helping them to let go, to feel the freedom and the coming Home.

Private Club

I have worked with Jesus as a Healer Guide since i was four years old.  And yet, when i meet a Christian who believes that Jesus is The Lord and Savior, I feel like i am now locked out of some snobby club.  I feel judged, like i am no longer good enough to be in the club.  It makes Jesus and I sad, because Jesus walks beside me daily and yet, i am not in the Christian Club anymore. When I was in college, my plan was to become an Episcopal priest, until i realized that there was life beyond Christianity.
I do not see Jesus as my Lord and Savior.  There are a million ways to God. For example, some people, are one with God when they are in Nature, or cooking, or dancing, or running, singing, or in meditation...the list goes on and on..They light up with God's light when they do these activities.
Jesus is one Healer Guide among many.  He just love us, brings us Light, and heals us--so do the other Guides, Angels, masters, saints and goddesses. When Jesus walks into the healing room, yes, he is lit up with yellow-white light and he is powerful. I always admire him like an old and dear friend.  However, everyday in the healing room, light beings walk in with just as much light.  Can you imagine, if one of these walked into the healing room, obviously filled with the presence of God, and began healing the person on my table and i said, "I'm sorry.  We don't want your gift.  We only work with Jesus."  I used to be a Christian, until i realized that i was limiting myself as a healer. There was so much more healing i could bring to people, if i let go of Jesus being the only way. For example, how would i work with all of my wonderful Jewish people who come for healings and who love God so dearly?  I had to grow beyond the religious fear instilled in us to become the healer i am today.  I give thanks that i was brave enough to step outside of the private club.  I give thanks for the million ways to God. I give thanks for how my light can now expand on and on, forever, in a million directions, including people from all walks of life.

Skipping

Here's a quick pick-me-up for the day! Turn on a song that you love.  As you listen to it, imagine that you are skipping to the rhythm of the song.  That's it!  This visualization is guaranteed to bring happiness or your money back.

A Morning Meditation

When i light myself up in the morning, i sit in front of a window or outside. i face the east because the light is playing in the leaves of the trees or through the branches, or glistening on the snow and ice.  How could i turn my back on such a magical energy?  I want to drink the light in by facing it with open chakras.
      Because my body is still a little bit groggy from sleep, I say in my mind, or i write, "I ask my Guides to please raise the vibration of my physical body. I ask to feel this now."
I wait.  I usually have music playing.  I am usually sitting.  I stretch my arms up.  I sit up straighter.  I take some deep breaths.  I wipe my face with my hands. I might stroke my hair back with my hands.  (This is one reason i don't wear makeup or do anything to my hair; I want to FEEL with every pore in my face and i want to be able to lightly massage my face and head any time i want.)
So, I have called my Guides in with my words and i am becoming as open as possible with my body.  Energetically what is happening, is that my Guides have moved in close to work with my energy grids much in the same way i work on many of you as an energy healer.  My arms stretch above me several times.  My breathing becomes naturally deeper.  I am not forcing any certain movement or breathing technique; my movements and breath are just a natural reaction to the Guides opening up all of the channels of energetic flow in my body. Often, if i am sitting in a chair, i will start shaking my legs as if i am nervous. This wakes up the circuits in my legs so that i am not just awake in my upper body, but my legs are also charged and ready for an active day.
This exercise can take 5 minutes to 20 minutes. It depends on how your body is feeling that day, how focused you are on the exercise, and how much you have practiced it with your Guides.
I know that the Guides have finished working with me when i feel amazing, like love.  I feel like giving thanks.  I feel alive.  I feel blessed.  I feel like i have a team of Spirit Guides who love me and i love them. This is when I stand up, and together, we move into my day.  

Highest Potential

Here's another way i've been raising my vibe lately:
I write or say in my head: "I ask my Guides to take me to my highest potential energetically."
Then, i visualize that my energy field sparkles like jewels. I imagine different colors of light flickering and swirling around my body.
And that's it! It takes me about 1 to 3 minutes.
This exercise charges the most advanced level of your energy field so that you are sure to live from your highest self.

It's that Simple

Here's my latest meditation/prayer, guys!
All i do is type into my iPad: "i ask my Guides to help me to feel better."  Sometimes i say it to myself while driving. Sometimes i write it in my journal. Then i wait a couple of minutes listening to a song or typing whatever i am thinking about, waiting for my Guides to adjust my energy.  Within minutes, i feel a shift in my mood and in my physical energy level. That's it!  It's that simple and that quick.

God, I Need You Now

I have this violent neighbor that everyone in the neighborhood tries to avoid.  Even though she lives next door and we leave our houses about the same time every morning, my miraculous timing is such that I usually miss her when I walk out front to my car.  Well, I was walking back from picking up my little bag of Chinese carry-out on a perfect evening this week, when she gets out of her car right in front of me!  She was on the phone, so she started gossiping about me and cackling to the person on the phone.  By the time I made it through the onslaught and into the house, I was feeling pretty shaken and like my front sidewalk is a violent place to be!  Before I could eat, I needed to clear the dark energy from my energy field.  So, I sat down in front of my little iPad connected to my new awesome speakers.  I prayed for support from my Guides.  I heard this song in my head that went something like, "God, I need you now." I remembered that i had heard the song on a Pandora Contemporary Christian station.  Before i clicked on the station, i thought, what are the odds that this song will come up.  I really need to hear it now.  So, i held my finger above the iPad a second and asked my Guides to show me that they are with me.  I clicked the station and up came the song, "I Need You Now", by Plumb.  I closed my eyes and opened my hands in front of the booming speakers as the words, "I wanna believe there's beauty here...God, please take this...I'm trying to hear that still small voice...I'm trying to hear above the noise...I walk through the shadows...please stay right beside me every single step I take...how many times have you given me strength...God, I need you now," flooded over me.  And then, in my miraculous moment, I lit my candles and enjoyed my hot Chinese dinner.  :)

The Breakup Prayer

Mother-Father God, please take this pain from my heart. Lift me beyond this sadness and suffering. I ask you to lay your healing hands over the wound in my chest. I breathe in this healing now. Take this pain from me. I release the one that i loved to the Universe now. I set him free to be with you, to continue on his journey without me. Keep him safe. Guide him. I let go.

As i close the door between us, I do not know what my life will look like now, without him. God, i give this to you now. I call on my Angels and Guides to gather around me, to prop me up, to give me strength. Thank you for how many times you have mended my heart. Thank you for how you endlessly care for me. Thank you for how you love me. Teach me that higher love.

Now as I face my future without the one that i loved, please guide me. Show me the way. Please keep me from building a layer around myself that keeps love out. I open my heart to you. I open my wings to be in love with life. I ask my Guides and Angels to weave for me a new life of love.

Please fill my empty heart with your healing light now. Please take this yearning for the one I have let go of from my throat and heart chakras. I need you, my Angels. I need you to fill me with peace and grace. Release me now from turmoil. I let go. I let go. I let go. I open. I breathe in your love for me.

I do not know how I will go on. I depend on you, my Guides, to carry me through this day, this night. I allow you to lift me up and support me. Help me to get back on my feet. Help me to feel happy again. Help me to feel like myself again.

Thank you for my friends. Thank you for my family. Thank you for my animal guides and my wonderful home filled with Angels and God's presence. I am not alone. I am supported. I am loved. My house is full of light. Amen.

A Prayer to Heal Sickness

Mother-Father God, please come to me. Please remove my worry so that i can feel your presence and allow you in to heal me. I give you all of my concerns now and i open to you instead of to fear. Like the sound of the Ocean surrounding me, i ask that you move your love toward me and around me, overtaking me with your peace. i let go and i give this situation to you.

Please take this sickness from me and heal my physical body. Please lift the suffering from me now. i ask my Guides and Angels to work with me, removing all sickness so that i may be well again. i give this low vibration of sickness to you now. i ask that you wrap a blanket of light around my shoulders to comfort and heal me. I ask my Angels to place their hands on my shoulders to encourage and heal me. i ask my Guides to touch my head to release all tension and to heal me. I ask to be cradled and rocked in the stillness of the Universe. Please saturate my body with the liquid light of your strength. Instill in me your life force that sustains me. Feed my soul light so that i may rise above this condition. I allow your light to sink into my skin. Please flood your light through my lymph system and my blood stream, clearing toxins and recharging each cell with vibrancy and health. Please bring this body back into alignment and balance.

Thank you for loving me. Thank you for holding me. Thank you for hearing my prayers. Thank you for the healing. Amen.

Prayer Prep

Prayer Prep:
Before we pray for anyone or for any situation, there is some energetic prep work to do. If our vibration is low, the light we are sending through prayer will just sort of sputter and fizzle out. Here is an example of how to raise that vibe in preparation for prayer:
I call in my Guides and Angels to help me raise my vibration. i feel so tired. i ask that this low vibration be lifted from me now, so that my prayer can be effective. To ensure that i do not send my grey energy of exhaustion to those i am praying for, i ask that you please lift this lower vibration from me now before i focus my attention on them. Please fill me with the kind of light i see glowing in the new green aspen leaves. Please shift my energy field into a glowing, healthy light. I wait for this to happen now. I breathe in your light. I call on my Angels and Guides to wipe out all of the diluted thoughts pulling me from the highest focus on this prayer. I wait to begin until i am completely one with you, God. Fill my head with your Ocean-like energy. i breathe this in now. Expand my soul to be like the energy of the night sky. i breathe deeply and allow my chest to expand now. Please lift any feelings of burden, tightness or heaviness from my shoulders. I ask my Angels and Guides to please take this from me now. I loosen my neck by breathing and swaying. I am now a flowing stream of golden sunlight ready to serve. Thank you for helping me to get myself out of the way of your light. Please fill me up completely, healing anything in me that needs healed before i send the overflow of your light in prayer to another, so that i am sure to send them your light and not my energy needed to sustain me. I ask that every cell in my body be healed now. My breath circulates your light through my body now. When i am completely filled and my cells have absorbed all the energy they can, i ask that the pools of light in me, the chakras, overflow. I ask that the three rivers of light in me flood with your love. I bask in this light now. Thanks be to God. Thanks be to this miraculous existence on Earth, this dream we are in. All that i am is your light. Now i am ready to pray for another.

Prayer for the Children

Let us Pray for our Children:
We ask, in the name of the Light, that the children in our lives and the children that we are hearing about on the news, be filled with light in the same way that we are filled. We ask that their worries be removed from their minds. We ask that all traumatic scenes, replaying in their minds are wiped clean now. We ask that their minds be filled with the light of joy. Please bring everyday miracles to our young generation. Please show them how magical nature is, how miraculous. Please show them how vast is the night sky. Please connect them to the trees, grounding them with deep roots of light and teaching them to absorb your light, teaching them to bend and sway resiliently. We send healing light to our children now, cocooning them in the light of the Angels. We visualize our hands on their shoulders, melting away the stress in their lives.
     Please forgive us, dear children, for pushing you, shoving you, stressing you to your maximum limits. Please forgive us, our children, for not guiding you enough, through our example, showing you how to connect to the light, or to give your fears away to God and Mother Earth. Please forgive us for handing you this unstable planet, this driven society. We give this situation, this big mess that we have given you, to God. We give this entangled and chaotic energetic pattern that we have created, and expect you to grow peacefully in, to God now. We do not know how to fix your world in time for your childhood. We give this entire situation to God now. We ask the Angels and your Spirit Guides to move around you and clear the way for you now. We ask that your Guides and Angels are with you every second of your day. We ask that the Archangels surround you and clear you in your sleep. We ask that all negative energy is removed from your environments. In the name of the Light, we command that all lower vibrations be moved back away from you now. We, the adults in your lives, take charge of any energy dimming your soul light now. We stand as spiritual warriors in your lives, clearing the energy affecting your peace and your feeling of safety. As pure conduits of light, connected to Source and to the Earth, we send love to your soul center in the upper chest, lighting you up with happiness. May your soul light not only make it through this lifetime, but shine powerfully and brightly now and through eternity. May we be an example of what that looks like for you. We send God's presence to you now. We wrap you in layers of the light of love now, not the controlling, worried kind of love, but the unattached, spacious love from the Angels. May we, the adults, stand as conduits of Spirit and love in your lives.
     We thank the Light for allowing us to be energetic caregivers to this new generation that is obviously extremely advanced, obviously more sensitive, or highly in-tune, obviously here to try to turn things around. We pray, in the name of the Light, we pray that they make it into adulthood, feeling like they really can do what they came here to do. May we be of assistance, not in a pushing-for-success kind of way, but by praying for them everyday without fear, creating space around them, lifting heaviness from them. May we step up as parents and adults and tune into this new generation's spiritual needs. May we be wise Spirit Guides for our children. We give thanks for this brave generation, coming here, wide open, spiritual and energetically advanced. We honor and bless them now at the beginning of their mission. We understand that they do not belong to us. We release them again and again, giving them to you, God, giving them to the Angels and to their Guides. We let go. They are in your hands. Amen. So be it. Thanks be to the Light.

Calling in Love

Let us call in our Guides and Angels to help us to call in love: In this often harsh and brutal world, we call on our Guides and Angels to surround us.  Please move in around us now. We wait as you enter this room, this space. We wait as you come toward us.....
Thank you for coming, all of you, our Guides, the Angels who hear our cries. Thank you for surrounding us. We feel your love for us. We feel your light. Let us become part of that light. We allow your light to saturate our energy fields, overtaking us and filling us with the ease of being that you feel. We allow ourselves to float in lightness the way that you do. We ask that you please remove anything between ourselves and your light. May all stuck energy be cleared now so that we may better feel your high vibrations.  Thank you. We bask in these pastel layers of light that you weave around us. We ask, in the name of the Light, for our hearts to be softened. We ask that our hearts become more trusting. We ask that our hearts are unafraid of love.  We ask our Guides and Angels to please circulate your healing light through our heart chakras, cleansing us of old grey feelings. Flush these out for us now to make room for the new colors of light. We release the old stale energy in the name of love. We ask that the only vibrations left in our heart chakras are those of self love and love for humankind, Mother Earth, the Universe, and the Light. Please fill our hearts with the crystal clear vibration of love. May we be that love. As our love radiates out into our environment from our heart chakras, we ask that this energy is welcomed and received. We ask that those around us know what to do with the love coming through us, that they absorb it and heal from this light coming through us to them. We call in all Earth Angels, people who are filled with this same light. We send out a message now to the Universe to please bring toward us the people who also hold this high vibration. We receive. We open to allowing those people into our lives. We open to calling in men and women who are loving, kind, open, giving and receiving light. Please bring toward us people of like vibration. Please gather around us people of similar energetic flow. We call these people in now. Please bring us the ones who heals us. Please bring us that dear friend or lover who knows how to cherish, knows how to hold, knows how to speak with loving kindness. Please bring such brave and heroic souls into our lives now. Please rescue us from isolation and abandonment. Please bring us your powerful love in human form. Please send us the people who have come this far, who have embodied your light, have opened their hearts and are free to love and be loved. Amen. So be it. Thanks be to the Light.        

Prayer May 17, 2013

Are you feeling filled with bliss right now? If you are, spend a few minutes in the Light, giving thanks and raising your vibration even higher! If you are not feeling bliss, let's not try to figure out what is wrong with us; often analyzing ourselves just makes us feel worse anyway. Let us just pray instead like this:
"I ask my Guides and Angels to energetically remove from me now whatever it is that is blocking me from feeling God's presence in my life. In the name of the Light, i take dominion over any energetic patterns that are trapping me or stopping me from having my life of love and bliss here on Earth. I give these patterns to God. Please take them from me now. Please, my Angels and Guides, clear me, so that i may be your love and your light."
Now, let's sit still for about 3 more minutes listening to music or nature, giving our Guides a chance to remove the stuck energy from our systems. If we think we don't have 3 minutes to let them work on us, don't worry, no one will miss us; they will think we are in the bathroom or something. We are not as important as we think we are; we are not God and the world actually, really doesn't revolve around us serving everyone. Now, let's give thanks, acknowledging the work our Guides are doing for us and trusting that they are on it, and that our prayer has been taken seriously:
"I thank you, all of my Guides and Angels for assisting me and working with me today. Thank you, God. Thank you for your presence when i call on you."
Now, let us let it go and move on with our day. Our problems are now out of our hands and in the hands of our  Guides who love us and are dedicated to taking care of us.

Prayer Class, May 19, 2013

Prayer Class this Sunday, May 19th, from 10:00 a.m. to noon in the healing room, 165 Cook St., Ste 204 in Cherry Creek. We will ask our Guides and Angels to remove the vibration of worry so that we are out of the way enough to send God's light to those we were worried about. Dress in cool, comfortable clothing, (no perfumes of any kind, please). Call: 303 377 1688 to give me an idea of how many chairs to set up. You can park in the lot on weekends. See you there!

Prayer for Heartbreak

Let us call in our Angels to heal our broken hearts.
In the name of the Light, we call You in, our Angels, our Guides. Please forgive us for wasting time stuck in the pain of heartbreak when there is so much here to love.  We wish not to waste this lifetime in despair, wallowing in our own grey energy. We ask that you remove this block between You and our receiving. We ask that You get us out of the way.  Let us be the Light.  Let the liquid light of the Universe pour through us now, so that we may hold the frequency of God within us and around us, shifting, like alchemy everything and everyone in our environment in miraculous ways. Let us be more than this human heart. We allow our hearts to become the love of God now. Let us be the goddess and the god walking on Earth. We open our hearts now to the power of God within us. Please flow through us, helping us to be strong through the feelings of sorrow, disappointment, and grief in our hearts. We ask You to help us let go of all of those we have loved and all of those we have wanted to love us forever. We ask that you help us to trust Your light flowing through us, loving each moment, loving each person, and loving our lives. We give thanks for all of those we have been in love with. We give thanks for all of those human beings we have let go of. We give thanks for the privilege to have walked with them for a short time on their passage through our lives. Whether they are still living or have crossed over, we give thanks for all that they have taught us.  We give thanks for the heartbreak, which has made our hearts wiser and more beautiful. Thank You for the pain and the hardship that has kept us all from being spoiled rotten brats. Thank You for the way the heart chakra mends. Thank You for Spirit Guides and Angels who hear our prayers and heal us when we ask. Thank You for the healers who mend our torn heart chakras in service to Love. Thank You for the friends who heal us with their kindess. Thank You for how our hearts have deepened, with a larger capacity to love with each heartbreak. Thank You for opening our hearts to hold so much more of Your light, Your understanding, Your compassion. We give thanks for this lifetime, with all of it's heartbreaks, all of it's sorrows.  Let us be brave.  Let us walk openly, breathing, crying and laughing, keeping our heart chakras energetically and emotionally flushed out, clean and open, through the rest of our journey. We call on our Angels, the Archangels, and our Guides to surround us now.  We ask that You support us, help us to be strong from within.  Light up our souls.  Reopen our hearts.  Let us shine.  Let us be the Light.  Amen.  So be it.  Thanks be to God.  Thanks be to the Universe.

Morning Prayer May 3, 2013

There is so much to be afraid of and yet nothing to be afraid of. We can float in God's presence whether we are in a body or our spirit is floating without a body in the Light. The only time that we are not safe is when we shut the Light out, because then we are disconnected and all alone. Let us pray: We Ask, that all of our fears and stress be removed now. We Ask that the light of the Holy Spirit, (energetically, this looks like a blue ocean of light and to me, has nothing to do with religion), pours into us and around us making us feel safe and soft. We let go of guardedness. We let go of tension. We let go of fear. We Ask our Guides, to please take these blocking frequencies from us now. (The lower frequencies block out the high inflow of Light that we are calling in, and must be removed so that we can fill up and float in Light.)  Please take away our sorrow.  Please fill us with your Light.  Please fill us with Love. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Guides and Angels for hearing us, for bringing us into the Light and the feeling of Love.

Miracles

A Miracle is when our Angels and Guides step in and do something unusual in our lives--unusual from our Earth perspective. The other day, when i was driving home from work on a side street, this little buff-colored cat appeared out of nowhere. i have a cat that color, but this one looked ferrel and ribby. I didn't see it coming across toward my car, it seemed that it was just suddenly halfway across the road in front of me. As it ran on across to my right, I slowed way down so i didn't hit it, but also to get a better look at it since it had that unusual coloring to it and because i still couldn't understand where it came from! I decided it must have gone under parked cars and kept driving, only to look up to see a black SUV plowing right through the intersection in front of me without stopping at their stop sign.  As, I drove slowly right through, after the chaos, i whispered, "Thank you, Guides, for sending the cat to slow me down to keep me out of the way!"

Prayer Class April 2013

This is a spontaneous invitation to the radical Prayer Class on Sunday, April 21, 2013, from 10 a.m. to noon.  Free parking in the lot on Sundays at 165 Cook St. Ste 204. Welcome Healers!

It is now time for a proud teacher to embarrass her students. I am thrilled to announce that i have three new healers in the house!!! I have opened up another healing room, suite 204, right beside mine, (suite 206), and have brought in Elizabeth, Carl and Jeff from my Advanced Healer Class. They will be sharing my waiting room. Each healer has their own unique style and gifts. Here is a brief description of their super powers: (I can hear them now as they read that line, "Noooooo! She didn't say that!!")
We have the nurturing and fun Elizabeth, who will massage pressure points in your feet with her reflexology skills until you are completely grounded. When in energy healing mode, her hands move quickly to repair the grid system in your body and get your rivers of light unblocked.
We have 6'2", computer wiz, Carl, who uses his eyes and breath to run healing light through the energy circuits of your body, clearing and repairing your system at lightning speed.
We have singer and musician, Jeff, who chants like a shaman and prays like a minister, throughout his sessions, his voice flooding the room with rings of light as he repairs the energy grid system in your body.
I am so proud of these three healers. They have worked very hard to earn their position as healers in one of my rooms. I have been practicing healing work since 1996, but have only taught since 2011, so watching my students excel as healers makes my heart sing. Make-up

Let's put on our make-up. Let me explain. The soul center sits in the upper chest like a glowing, pulsing light that shines on forever even when our bodies die away. When we get discouraged or stressed out, our soul light dims because it gets buried beneath heavy energy. When you feel like you can't go on, for example, your soul light is dying out. Our faces reflect this soul light and show the world either our dim, stressed, depressed light, or our blissed-out, happy light of love. Often, women, especially, will cover the look of sorrow with make-up. So, let's do what i call, "putting on our make-up", to get ready to go out into the world. It will only take a minute, which you have, because you are on here. Lift your chin a little. Imagine that light from your soul in the upper chest is shining up under your chin. Growing up in WV, the kids there would run up to you and hold a buttercup flower under you chin and if yellow light reflected on your skin, they would shout, "Awe!! You like butter!" ...?! Now, imagine that your mouth is relaxed and that your lips are soft, not tight. Imagine that your jaw is resting easily, not set so tensely. Now, move your attention up to your nose. Relax your sinuses on each side, where your sunglasses would sit. Now think about your cheekbones. Notice how regal they are, you, being a daughter or son of the Light. Let go of any strain in your eyes. I'm not sure how you are going to do this part if you are looking at the computer, but i've seen you guys multi-task in many ways that i cannot, so just draw on those skills now! Imagine your eyes sparkling and laughing, so fulfilled, so wise from all that you have been through. Now, lastly, imagine that you have a spark of light on your forehead, that shines there like a jewel, to represent that you are a goddess, or a god. My definition of "goddess" or "god", is a female or a male that is filled with God's light, whether you are a spirit in human form or a spirit without a material form. Now imagine there is a pastel light swirling around your head, kind of like in a Disney movie, when magic or love is about to happen. Now your face is lit up and ready for your day! Look in the mirror and see how you are shining, Beautiful One.    

Actions as Prayers

If actions speak louder than words, then, everything we do with our hands is like a prayer.  A prayer is a message that you send out to your Guides, Angels and God. For example, sometimes, i just set the vase of flowers in the middle of the table and keep moving on to the next task. But when i am more present, i set the flowers in the middle of the table and say in my mind, "With this act, i am saying, my home is beautiful; let these flowers clear the energy of all who sit around this table; i appreciate Mother Earth and her beauty." Energetically, our actions speak volumes to the Universe. I intentionally, do things throughout my everyday routines, to send out a message to my Guides and to the Universe. I bought this translucent blue shower curtain and these shower curtain hooks with crystal balls on them. When i close that curtain around me, i am saying, "My energy bubble is a clear blue light. These crystal balls are my Spirit Guides and i call them around me. The shower water is clearing my field. The drain is taking away the old energy from yesterday.  The skylight overhead is pouring God's light down on me, blessing me and filling me." On days that i don't have to  go in to work, i will take a minute to wipe the shower curtain down, saying with this act, "I clean my energy field of any unwanted energy that has stuck to it from other people." When i get out of the shower, i don't just close the curtain to keep mildew from building up, i close it to say that my field has no holes in it, no way for dark energy to move into me; i close it to say that i am complete and whole and healed.  I straighten out the crystal ball hooks to say that my Guides are all in place, in a ring around me for the day. If you look at our actions energetically, it's like we are praying every second of every day.

Physical Beauty

Let's talk about physical beauty.  Do you feel beautiful?  Just sit a minute and tune in. If you do feel beautiful, it probably means that, at this moment, your soul is lit up and shining love. If you don't feel beautiful, let's not try to convince you that you are, because energetically speaking, i've never seen that work. If you don't believe you're lovely, then you just simply don't believe it. I could tell you that you are beautiful a hundred times, you could tell yourself, and all of your friends could tell you, but really, if deep inside, you don't feel it, you just don't feel it. If this is the case, let's just embrace this ugliness right now. Just say to yourself, "You are ugly and unloveable." Have a good cry about that. It takes a lot of energy to try to fight a deep-seated belief and having a good cry releases the tense energy of that inner battle. Now let's add, "You are ugly and unloveable, and i just think you're so cool."
Let me just give you an energetic perspective on your physical appearance. What exactly is beauty? Is it a plastic face? Is it a buff bod? Is it hair straightened into a mohawk? "You", or your vessel that your spirit is using to move around in, is made of cells and guts, fluid and blood, bones and hairs....a very strange vessel, indeed. So beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder.
When we cross back over to the other side, we will just resume our form of gorgeous light again, (assuming we are living a soul-filled life, which brightens the energy field.) To live a life here on Earth, we shimmy our spirits down into these oxygen-breathing space suits. Think of your body as just a transportation mechanism that you need to wear to visit planet Earth. These other "people" that we may or may not compare our physical beauty to, are also light beings that are visiting here from other lifetimes and places in the Universe. Whether your vessel is tall and skinny or squatty and short, you are a miracle.  Whether your skin is dark and smooth or dry and scaly, your existence is unfathomable. So, let us all appreciate this amazing organism of the body that we get to temporarily inhabit to have this Earth experience. Beauty or not, enjoy your Earth-suit!

Today, let's pray and give thanks for someone who has helped us along our Earth journey. A quick way to get on a lit-up, energetic high is to pray for someone. The reason  is, that you are conversing with Angels and calling Light in to send to another. The energy of giving thanks and sending love, is an extremely high vibration. Prayers can vary, but today here's how i did it:

"I give thanks for my brother, Todd, who built my website for me over the weekend. This is not what he does for a living; he just took the time to help me just because he cares. He just got out of the hospital with pneumonia. He is out trying to collect firewood to heat his farmhouse and gathering seeds to plant a huge garden to feed his big family. With limited design tools in the website building package i bought, he used his eye for design from his years of working as a sign guy and made the site look amazing. Thank you, thank you, Universe for my brother who has loved me so much for all of my life. He will be 48 y.o. this February and i will turn 45 in March. He has been with me my whole life. Thank you for when i was ten and he told me to run when he realized i was accidentally crushing a huge hornet's nest. Thank you for when i was 16 and he grabbed the steering wheel as a dump truck rounded the bend on a single lane, cliff-side West Virginia road. May his life be filled with blessings. Please rain light down on my brother, Todd. I ask that all of the Angels and Archangels pour light over his farmhouse and family.  I call on Mother-Father God and ask that You send healing light to his chest. Ask Your Guides

Many of you tell me that you don't think to ask your Spirit Guides for help. I often hear that you are good at giving to others but have trouble asking for things for yourself. So, pretty much your Guides feel useless and like it's not that much fun to be your Guide. When you create a relationship with your Guides, they get to be active in your life. As you practice asking them for everything and anything, the energetic circuits between yourself and them get faster and faster. Here's an example of the fun we can be having with our Guides on a daily basis: The bowl i used to serve the gluten-free pretzels to one of my classes was too tiny, so the pretzels were gone immediately and i didn't notice to refill it because i was busy teaching. I was in the kitchen later, telling my daughter that we need a better snack bowl. i imagined it to be rounded looking but not heavy like a mixing bowl, but not plastic either. A minute later, my daughter took out the trash. She walked back in and said, "Mama, were you asking for a snack bowl? This was sitting on the lid of the dumpster." She held out the perfect-sized, rounded, lightweight shiny silver bowl. So, dish out your chores and let your Guides bring you joy!
