What Is An Energy Healer

Humans give off an energy that forms an electromagnetic field.   The human energy field is quite elaborate, but basically it looks like layers of light around the body with circuits of light flowing through the body.  Energy healers have the gift of sensing the energy field so that it can be worked with.  An energy healer makes sure that the frequency in this field stays healthy.  The lower frequencies can dull the health of the cells in the body and the higher frequencies can heal the body, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.  An energy healer masters how to detect low frequencies and pull that energy out with her hands.  She masters how to pull in a high frequency of light, or energy, from Source to fill the person's body.  She makes sure that each person's energy is tied into the Earth's electromagnetic field, grounding all of the circuits in the human system.  Her job is to bring the energy into balance which creates health and happiness.

Use a Song

The next time a beautiful song comes on, imagine that golden light is pouring down over your head and shoulders. Say over and over in your head, "i am so loved". This is great way to move from a feeling of everyday normalcy to being filled with the Light.

In the Name of the Light

Today, i taught a boy in my practice, this prayer to use when he is afraid of dark energy at night.

"In the name of the Light, i command all dark energy to leave this room and to leave me. I am a child of the Light.  I have no fear.  I have light behind me, around me, and within me."

The key is "no fear".  When we have fear, it's like we have  a whistle that calls all dark energies to us.  Fear shoots through the Universe saying, "Come!  Bully me!  i am susceptible! i am small!  i am weak! i am afraid!"  Dark energies get addicted to living off of another's energy, which is why that kind of creepy energy will take advantage of someone who doesn't stand up to them.  When we say a prayer, such as the one i teach kids, above, it's no problem to just quickly clear a space.  Stand in your power, know that you are the Light, and take charge.
