Hey Guys! You haven't heard much from me because i've been making these instructional videos for you! Watch the 20 second trailer for free. In this video, Ariel removes stress from the solar plexus of a 9 y.o. boy named Asher. She clears his mind and discusses what can cause the crown chakra to get blocked. Ariel touches on how we can protect our kids energetically. She demonstrates how to advance an energy field as she removes an outdated rim of Asher’s crown chakra, causing the crown to widen, allowing even more light to pour into him from the Angels and Universe.

Just Heal It--Heartbreak

Today my heart is breaking.  I could analyze why, and you could ask me why and then you could try to solve it for me with all of your advice.  I could blame someone for causing it.  I could focus on how this is a pattern in my life and yours.  Or, i could just heal it.  In this moment, i could look around me, and tune into me, and heal it.  So here’s what i did: 

I sat by the window in the morning light.  I turned on this song called “Where the Land Meets the Sky”.   I allowed my throat chakra to begin spinning and pulling the frequency from the Sun’s light into me and all of my need.  The light began spreading from my throat through my body until i felt teary from the beauty of the mystery.  When my body was full of light, the energy began moving around me, filling each layer of my energy field.  Then, my crown chakra opened and all of this blue light poured down through the big open vortex reconnecting me to the love of my life.  And once again today and every day, all of my needs are met and i am healed.
