It's that Simple


Here's my latest meditation/prayer, guys!
All i do is type into my iPad: "i ask my Guides to help me to feel better."  Sometimes i say it to myself while driving. Sometimes i write it in my journal. Then i wait a couple of minutes listening to a song or typing whatever i am thinking about, waiting for my Guides to adjust my energy.  Within minutes, i feel a shift in my mood and in my physical energy level. That's it!  It's that simple and that quick.
