Several of you have come in for healings lately because you have been grieving loved ones. I have only focused on weaving the tear in your heart chakras at the beginning and the end of the hour, because half of what you were feeling wasn’t even yours, but you were picking up on your friend or relative who was having a hard time on the other side.
There are many levels on the other side. The goal is to move up through these with ease and grace. The higher you go, the higher the vibration. The way it looks to me when a loved one is stuck in a lower level is that they will look like they are screaming, or like they are thrashing around in an endless gray sea. They can be staring like they are in a daze. They can look angry or disoriented, wandering around.
Some of the reasons people get lost on the other side is if they didn’t see the end coming, or if they didn’t finish their life’s work, or they didn’t want to leave their mate.
What I do to help them is begin clearing the confusion, the panic, or whatever the lower vibrational emotion is that’s keeping them from moving on. I then quickly call in their Guides that they have become separated from in their resistance to the change. I then might show them how they died by replaying the hospital scene for example or I bring in a deceased loved one who can explain to them what has happened. Then I help them integrate the new information energetically and clear away any vibrations of upset. They get this beautiful look on their faces when they start realizing that they are ok and that they are being helped. When they are calm and aware, the Guides move in around them and begin preparing their energy fields for advancement. People seem to enjoy this part, looking down at themselves, watching in wonder as the Guides work. It reminds me of someone being fitted for a wedding dress. Sometimes it looks like Guides are buckling and strapping the person in for a ride up through a tube of light. When the Guides are finished, right before they send the person up to a nicer level, the person, who is now a spirit, will often wave to me as if to thank us. Then I will see a curtain of light move in front of them. After that, I can’t see them anymore. The people on my table, who have had a session like this, say that their hands go numb and that they feel an overwhelming vibration throughout their entire body.
