How i Meditate

My version of meditation is that i tune into the energy level of everything.  For example, right now, wherever you are sitting, see yourself as made of liquid light in the shape of your body.  Your breath is the Ocean sound within the shimmering liquid light.  Let your spine float for a minute. At this moment, you are not a mechanical being with joints and tight muscles, but you move like liquid and the sound in your head is the Ocean.  This is how i "meditate".
