Shoulder Chakras

Did you know that you have a chakra in each shoulder? You also have one in the arch of each foot. The shoulder chakra and the chakra in the arch are connected. Energy flows up and down between them creating a river of light on each side of the body. The chakras pull energy into the river and move energy out of the river. You can draw energizing light up through your arch and lift burdens up and off of your shoulders. You can bring the comforting light of an Angel's hand down onto your shoulder chakras and drain old, dull energy out into mother Earth through your arches. We often have energy flowing in both directions like this in our bodies. For example, this morning i was watching that great pine outside of the healing room window. The snow was falling down over it, moisturizing the pine needles, The tree was also sucking energy and nutrients up from the ground. It's branches were reaching up and catching the snow that was falling down. We receive like this, from above and from below simultaneously.
