I Am

When i do my morning energy meditation, often i will sit outside or look out of the window at the light in the fluttering green leaves. The energy in those leaves feels like it is saying, "Good morning! Good morning!" to the Creator. i breathe in that sunlit green as if to say, "i am that which i am watching. Fill me with what i am focusing on." This pulls the energy from those sunlit leaves into my being. This is why it's not blasphemous to say the words, "i am God" or "i am Jesus" or "i am the Buddha". Now, people might hang you if you walk around in public saying that...or stone you. But sit alone and say in your mind or whisper, "i am God. I am the LIght. i am Christ. i am the Buddha." What happens is that the energy of Christ, for example, fills you. Christ's light can look like a bright whitish yellow light. You become way more than just you. Yes, we are ourselves, but we are also like vessels. What are you going to fill yourself with this morning?
