I believe in building ritual into your every day life. Here's an example: This morning i was brushing my teeth, about to rush out the door, when my love song between God and I came on Pandora Radio. My love song changes throughout the years, but i always have one. When this song comes on, the rule is that i stop what i am doing and i experience this love between Us. So that meant that even th

ough i needed to get in the car, i sat on my silver yoga ball in the middle of the room, closed my eyes and i visualized that all of us are the center points for rings of light that radiate out from us. I felt my spine and the top of my head moving energy as i centered. I felt the love of Source energy expanding through me and out from me. Now, i am ready for my day.
