This prayer is for you to say whenever you feel afraid or alone. I love you and am always with you. Mama.
"I call in my Guides and Angels.
Please move closer to me.
Let me feel your presence.
Connect my crown to the Light.
I ask that you remove all fear.
I ask that you remove all sadness.
I give these feelings to you now,
to take from me so that i may be healed."
(just rock back and forth for a few minutes, allowing your Guides to do the work before the next part of the prayer.)
