Accomplished

Why are we all so stressed out? Today, focus on everything you DID accomplish, instead of everything you haven't done yet. Like this: i am in the kitchen cooking breakfast and talking to myself like this: "Looks like the dogs are all clean. looks like you got eggs. looks like the dishes are washed. looks like you emailed the orthodontist. looks like you have a happy teen. sounds like you have beautiful music. feels like you are breathing deeply." The sun is coming in the window. You're doing great.
